OVERVIEW OF TRAINING: This one-day experiential training provides an overview of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) as an evidenced based practice. The training will provide information about what guides the HFW Model and the integral role Youth and Families provide. The overview will also introduce ways system partners can support ongoing success of HFW Teams and keeping youth in his/her home communities.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
- Define High Fidelity Wraparound and the History Behind the Evidenced Based Practice
- Describe the Principles, Theory of Change, and Phases of HFW
- Discuss How Youth and Family Drive the Model and Planning
- Introduce the Paradigm Shift necessary to Support HFW in communities
