WRAP: One on One is designed to offer guidelines to people who are supporting others as they develop their WRAP plans. While WRAP is a simple system, its use and the values and ethics that surround it are far reaching and complex. This course explains the values and ethics, and how they are applied in helping someone develop a WRAP. It also describes sections of WRAP, what each of these sections entails, how you can support another person in developing each section of their WRAP, and some essential “do’s” and “don’ts” of WRAP. The goal of this course is to provide non-licensed direct care (paraprofessionals), case management/care management, addictions, behavioral health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, and social work professionals working in health and human services settings with education around WRAP and how to support someone with developing their WRAP plan.
