The Wellness Recovery Action Plan or WRAP principles will be discussed - wellness toolbox, daily maintenance plan, triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down, and crisis plans. The principles of a Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs) will be explained and explored for ways to manage physical health, mental health, and substance use services in an integrated way for adults with significant behavioral health needs (mental health or substance use).
