This training will define what a Care Review is, how long it will last and what documents participants need to bring to the meeting. It will explain the benefits, review the referral process, explain the construct of the meeting as well as who is on the Care Review Team and the follow process. Anyone interested in becoming a Care Review Team volunteer must attend this training.

There will be the opportunity for Q&A at the conclusion.
